Dr. Stephen Ralph is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine affiliated with AdventHealth Central Texas. Dr. Ralph has long been an advocate for the growing field of Lifestyle Medicine. In his clinical practice and community outreach, he focuses on empowering individuals and communities to address the root causes of chronic disease through sustainable lifestyle change. Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Ralph serves as Volunteer coordinator for the Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, where he supports health ministry initiatives.
Nisim is a psychotherapist with more than 25 years of clinical experience working with adults facing trauma, chronic pain, and addiction. He serves as Clinical Director of Telehealth Services for a neuro-orthopedic intensive outpatient program in Arizona, integrating mental health with pain and rehabilitation care. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Andrews University and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. He and his wife Valeria share a passion for music-based ministry and are raising two children.
Dr. Jason Rosenfeld is a public health professional with over 20 years of experience designing, implementing and evaluating international and domestic community health education and behavior change programs. Since 2011, Dr. Rosenfeld has served as the Director for Global Health at the Charles E. Cheever Jr. Center for Medical Humanities & Ethics at UT Health San Antonio. Jason is currently Associate Professor of Medicine and serves in leadership positions for local, national and international organizations, including the executive committee of the San Antonio Mayor's Fitness Council and Governing Council of the Texas Public Health Association. Dr. Rosenfeld also serves as Director of the Internal Medicine Section for Community Health and Co-Director of the Health Confianza health literacy project.
Dr. Schwartz serves as Program Director of the Internal Medicine Residency at Kettering Medical Center in Ohio and Vice Chair of the Department of Medicine at Wright State University. She currently serves as the Vice President of Education for Kettering Health Network. Dr. Schwartz is passionate about the role of food as medicine in addressing chronic disease. Through her teaching, clinical leadership, and speaking, she advocates for integrating lifestyle, community, and faith into medical practice. She is a founding member of the Adventist Medical Evangelism Network. (AMEN).
Dr. Brian P. Schwartz, MD, FACC is the Director of Cardiology at Kettering Health and Program Director of the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship. He is a graduate of Loma Linda University School of Medicine. He previously served as President of the Adventist Medical Evangelism Network (AMEN) and currently serves as its Treasurer. Dr. Schwartz is a strong advocate for lifestyle medicine and whole-person care.
Pastor Vitali Prolinski has dedicated his life to ministry and has served as the senior pastor of Scenic Hills Seventh-day Adventist Church since 2016. He is passionate about leading others into a deeper, personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Pastor Vitali embraces a holistic approach to spiritual growth, recognizing that true faith flourishes when nurtured alongside physical, mental, and social well-being. He, along with the pastoral team, seeks to inspire and equip the congregation to live out their faith in a way that reflects the harmony of a healthy body and a thriving spirit.
Since 2021, Tony Anobile has served as Vice President for Ministries and Ministerial Director for the Southwestern Union. His work includes oversight of men’s ministries and stewardship, as well as support for pastors across the union. Tony’s ministry path has taken him from youth and pastoral leadership in Southern California to executive roles in Arizona, the Pacific Union and the North American Division. Along the way, he has poured into leaders, preached the gospel and mentored people of all ages. At the heart of his ministry is a longing to see lives transformed by Christ. Outside of work, Tony enjoys music, sports and Lego building. He and his wife, Lisa, are blessed with children and grandchildren who keep their lives full.

He obtained a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Harvard University. Dr. Otchere is a strong believer in preventive health.
